Although Twang never truly stops, we are now headed into our Summer season, where things are a little more sporadic. While there is an off day here and there, we also venture out into the community a lot more often. From the Newville Fountain Fest to Carlisle Summerfair and various other “on the road” dates, we keep active all summer long! Refer to the schedule on this site (click on the link), so you are up to date with everything we’re doing! While things are a bit different, most of the time we’re still rocking it out on Saturday nights all summer long. Let’s make the Summer of 2013 one to remember!!
As we skate through Spring, and then eventually hit Summer, Twang just keeps rolling. In addition, we toss in some extra dances, like the annual street events at the Newville Fountain and Carlisle Summerfair (at the Carlisle Fairgrounds). Also, one of the best Twangs of the year, the Beach Party (on May 11th) always puts a smile on everyone’s face. While some may call Summer Twang’s “slower” season, many people single it out as their favorite due to all the extra fun we throw into the equation. Twang returns Saturday with our only event of the weekend! In addition to the regular fun, we’ll be selling a limited number of shirts for the Allen family. We raised a bundle last weekend for the family, who had lost their home due to a fire. We’ll try to add to the total a bit this weekend! Outside of that, just get ready for another awesome Twangin’ party! See ya Saturday!!
TWO Twangs this weekend, with ONE of them for a good cause! Friday night things get underway with a benefit for the Allen Family. They lost their home in a fire on March 19th and need all the help they can get. So, join us on Friday as ALL PROCEEDS will got to this cause. No Free Passes accepted for Friday. THEN, join us for a regular Twang on Saturday night! We’ll see you one or both days this weekend!
After an incredible March (and awesome Easter Party), Twang keeps chugging into April with more fun!! We’re there THIS SATURDAY NIGHT for more fun, prizes, and the best line dancing around! Don’t know any of the dances OR want to learn them on your own in the privacy of your home?…just grab one of our DVDs AT Twang OR right here on this site! Also, don’t forget our benefit dance on Friday, April 12th (just added to the schedule) to benefit the Allen family, who lost everything in a fire back on March 19th. We need your support! Make Sure You Join us THIS SATURDAY MARCH 16th as we celebrate St. Patty’s Day a day early!! Wear your green and get a buck off at the Door! Plus, we’ll toss in some St. Patty’s Day songs (well, one or two lol), and turn Twang totally Green! We had originally scheduled an event ON St. Patrick’s Day, but with the 107.7 Dustin Lynch concert in Gettysburg, we just moved all the fun to Saturday. See you then!!
