Twang at Cornfest At Noon, Back At Twang At Night July 6, 2008
After such a fun Friday night on the road at the Franklin County Fair, we returned to Twang last Saturday night for more fun! The showcase appearance Friday night in Franklin County was a big hit, as we recruited many new Twangers! We look forward to seeing you now make the trek to Twang!
As always this time of year, the larger crowds start making there way back to Twang. We return to not only Twang this Saturday, but the Corn Festival in Shippensburg at noon! More details below!

Twang Heads To Shipp Corn Fest This Saturday! July 4, 2008
Although we’ve had our share of “special” Twangs this summer (Fountain Fest, Summerfair, Newville Fair, Ag Expo, Franklin Cty Fair), we have ONE MORE special event left!! This Saturday we are back dancing at the Shippensburg Corn Festival in the middle of town. Join us from noon-2, as we show thousands how to Twang it up!! So, join your fellow Twangers and unite this Saturday at noon! We will still have a regular Twang in the evening.
Also, although it seems far away now, you will want to mark September 20th down on your calendar. That will be our official kick-off to season #15 at Twang. Although we will keep holding Twangs until then, that night always signifies the new season. And, as usual, we are topping ourselves again. Although the plan is still in the works, we expect to give away more prizes and merchandise than IN THE HISTORY OF TWANG. Soooo, mark this date down, and don’t miss it. We expect lots of new things by the new season, including a completely resurfaced (and repainted) dance floor, new photos all thru Twang, and some other extras. So, be there!!
